If you had last years 2k game, it looks exactly the same and Chris Paul look HORRIBLE. Man i might just pick up NBA Live 08

I checked out your pics, and I agree with you: those graphics look terrible.

I'm a 2K7 addict, though...so it doesn't matter for me. I was an EA basketball fan for over 10 years, and to me, Live's graphics have always been the best. But the 2K series always had the better gameplay and the more realistic flow to the game. The players just seemed to move better. Just my opinion.

I already have my 2K8 copy reserved.

NBA Live has consistently been better then the 2k games are you a moron for picking the other one? NBA Live has the graphics that can't be beat where as 2k is just lame!

supposedly EA made NBA Live and Madden to be the best sports games they have ever made, i am not surprised, remember the first time owners mode was put in madden, and the first time all-star weekened(with good graphics) was put in. yea, expect great things.

So far NBA Live games have beaten 2K Sports.We'll see what happens this year.Both games look pretty good.

I'd rather buy a crap 2K8 than a good Live 07, need to make up my losses for buying previous NBA Live games.

i wouldn't buy live 08 for ps2, i have 2k7 and the graphics and gameplay are awesome, but EA really phoned in the ps2 version of live 07, the graphics look more like live 97 then 07 and the gameplay is slow and repetitive but again i only know about the ps2 versions

so if you own a ps2 i would say 2k8 (though i would probably still like 2k8 better for ps3 or 360 than live 08)

I doubt Live can recover from the horrible gap there was between the realism in game-play this year.

haven't seen them both yet to make a decision, but I'm an EA man, have been for years. I was disappointed that so many people didn't like Live 07. Hopefully, they'll get it right this year.
