I live in UAE, which doesnt have Xbox Live, but there is a site about uae xbox's that say you can choose any region you want... So im asking , has any1 tried a region they dont live in? will it lagg caz im goin for live and I dont want it 2 screw up...

It won't lag. You can say you live in China, but in reality, you really live in Canada. It's not gunna mess up your game.
