My xbox live stopped working.?

about a week ago, my xbox live stopped working. when its hooked up to my wireless router, it says the mtu fails the xbox live test. When its hooked straight to the modem, it says it fails the IP address test. I recently looked up info on the mtu test and it told me that it has to do with my isp support for xbox live and my router's support for xbox live. I know they are compatible because they have worked with my xbox live for over 2 years now. i have also tried unhooking my modem, router, and xbox for over three minutes and it still wont work. Also, now my xbox wont connect to my computer for music and videos. I was wandering if anyone knows whats going on. Is it my computer or something else. Please help
