hey uguyz i just got xbox live adaptor for my 360. and um...yes it lags but not too much... its like this.... i play gears of war on live and when i shoot someone then 2 seconds later the guys down then next thing u know hes back alive... like when i run, walk or reload stuff i dont see any lag but when i shoot it lags. does this happen to u? like every game i play its always late by like 1.5 seconds, what im tryin to tell uguyz is that it lags lol..
rainbow six vegas is less laggy than gears so is nba 2k7. is gears laggin on live because there are too many people on? or is it just because im using wireless adaptor.. i asked the guys at futureshop, " is wireless goin to make a difference%26gt;? like laggier than wired? he said if i have a good comp like 160 mbp/s, its gonna be fine like the speed is goin to b the same on live. BUT if my comp was 54 mbp/s on my comp, then my live speed is goin to decrease... does this happen to uguyz? or is it perfect speed like wired?then tell me how..

As usual, salespeople from stores don't know what they are talking about.
Allow me to help you.
Since you are on a wireless network, it will be slower than a wired network because of 3 main reasons:
1. Your XBOX 360 is located too far from the wireless router or your wireless router is not strong enough to give out a good signal.
2. There are devices in the vicinity that are causing interferences. (cordless phones, microwaves, etc..)
3. Someone else is using the internet at the same time as you are playing on Live!.
My advice, don't listen to idiots like them. Try to reposition your router or your xbox 360, and make them as close as they possibly can. If you're going to game on Live!, make sure that nobody else is using the internet. Don't download anything while you are gaming. That should eliminate the lag.

well listen to zealafice and if that doesnt work go play it with the ethernet cord...i was playing nba live 2007 and it was kinda slow at first but that was my first time connecting to xbox live...so it might be that the adapter needs a stronger signal that that guy said
