I live in a country that the Xbox 360 doesn't exist . So i bought one on-line . Can't get LIVE . Any idea how to open an Xbox LIVE account .

I don't think you can. If you really want to give it a shot though all you need is a High Speed Internet connection and a Pre-Paid Xbox Live Membership Card. You can find the card on line as well the way way you got the 360 in the first place.
