the last time i filled up, i paid $3.33 a gallon at Chevron on Miramar Road in San Diego.. although in my neighborhood, it is $3.39 - $3.41. I'm guessing that you also live in San Diego, or at least southern california.

In central Europe, the average salary is 200 dollars a month! So if you look at it that way, gas is expensive there. Especially that the price goes up a few cents each week! Sucks!
