No. The USB Headset will only work on PC. The Xbox transfers the Microphone signals through the controller.
Since you can't install drivers on the Xbox, the Xbox won't know what to do with the plugged in USB device, as it is unknown to the Xbox how to interpret the signals coming through USB.
