Yes I like that show. I have to laugh at some people. We Catholics do read our Bibles, They are not different from yours with the exception of the Apocrypha, and we do not have Mass only in Latin anymore. By the way priests can't excommunicate they do not have that power. Strange that times have changed and people who have no real understanding of the Church spread misconceptions. Back when we did not have the Bible in common hands most people could not read and it was feared that they would not understand it. Latin was originally intended to be a unifying language sort of like Yiddish is the Jewish faith. At one time regardless of your native tongue you could attend Mass and follow along in Latin because you had been taught Latin.

I've never heard of it and I wouldn't listen to it anyway. I was raised a catholic but stop participating many many years ago. And now I'm completely out. I could list a hundred reasons why, but I think the past 10 years of scandels (and it's not over yet) will explain it. At least these priests are "out of the confessional". The great holy bishops have been exposed for the cover ups. And look at how many churches closed. There bank accounts are getting smaller. I think it is the biggest secretive religion we have. Sorry, I know you asked about the radio station, but it gave me room to vent. Thanks.

It is a WELL STAGED show with people calling in-- obviously cooked, because the questions and answers are JUST RIGHT!

If anyone could ever get through the monitors and the staging the live staff would have heart attacks!

GOOD HUMOUR - particularly the defenses or sales pitches they put up to enhance and defend the Cult thinking that comes out of the Vatican..........................so very PROFOUND ;%26gt;)

I have never listened to the radio program you mentioned. However, there is a Bible question and answer program called "The Open Forum". You can check the time it comes on in your area by looking at this website: www.familyradio.com. The authority that the host will refer to is always the Bible. He does not go to the writings of some theologian of years gone by or of today. He does not go to the creeds written by a particular church or denomination. The host just uses the Bible to answer the questions that people call in with. I hope you will listen to it. Again you can find out the station listing by going to www.familyradio.com.
