Where to Live After Retirement:?

The South is the only place to live. My dream place to retire is Aruba. The most beautiful island ever. Small, quaint and perfect weather 350 days a year.(according to statistics) It has everything a retired person could need except you can't own property unless you are born there. So who needs to own, give me the beach and a grass hut.
